For the hair salon Invicta Hairstyling GmbH, Zollikon

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Invicta Hairstyling GmbH

(hereinafter the “Salon”) and its clients (hereinafter the “Client”).
By booking an appointment or using a service, the Client accepts these terms.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

​

• Appointments can be made by phone, online or directly at the salon.

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• For late cancellations or no-shows, the salon reserves the right to charge up to 100%

of the agreed price (Art. 97 et seq. Swiss Code of Obligations – compensation for non-performance).

 

3. Prices and Payment

• The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking or appointment, as published

in the salon or on the website.

• All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable.

• Payment is due immediately after the service and can be made in cash, by card or via Twint.

4. Gift Vouchers

​

• Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue (Art. 127 Swiss CO – limitation of claims).

• Cash payouts of voucher values are excluded.

• The salon accepts no liability in case of loss or theft of a voucher.

 

5. Liability

​

• The salon is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence (Art. 100 CO).

• The salon accepts no liability for lost clothing or personal valuables.

• Clients are required to inform the salon before treatment begins of any allergies, skin or hair issues,

or other health conditions.

6. Data Protection

​

• The salon collects and processes personal data (name, phone number, email) solely for

appointment management and customer care.

• Data is treated confidentially in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act

(FADP) and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

7. Photos and Marketing

​

• Photos of clients (e.g. hairstyles or before-and-after images) will only be taken and published

(on the website or social media) with the client’s prior written consent.

• This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with future effect, in writing.

8. Changes to the GTC

​

The salon reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.
The current version is published on the website and becomes effective upon publication.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

​

Swiss law exclusively applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the salon, unless mandatory legal provisions apply otherwise.
